Hello, my name is Tony Adams and I am a Social Studies teacher at Norway High School, which is located in Norway, MI. After graduating from Norway High School, I earned a B.S. Degree in Political Science (along with cognates in Economics, Psychology, & History) from Michigan State University. I earned my teaching certificate through the Post-Baccalaureate program at Northern Michigan University. I have also earned a Masters of Arts in Education in the program of Educational Administration / Supervision from Northern Michigan University and a Central Office Enhancement Certificate through the Horizons Leadership Academy. My wife, Jen, and our two children, Taylor and Bryce, are proud to be a part of the Norway-Vulcan Area Schools. Go Knights and Go State!

A "big" thank you to the Dickinson Area Community Foundation, Norway Area Community Foundation, the NHS YAC Club, Perry Beyer, Tami Juul, and Grant Carlson for the grant money awarded to the NHS Student Council for the purpose of implementing the Anti-Bullying Week at NVAS.

Monday, March 24th:
- Blaise Winter (former NFL player) will speak to grades 1-6 & 7-12 today - Blaise Winter (link)
- NHS Student Council will begin accepting pledges against bullying represented by wristbands
- hourly facts will be provided in regards to bullying
Thursday, March 27th:
- Wall Poster / Video Competition
- Theme: Positive Behavior / Anti-Bullying
- 1st / 2nd Grade: Wall Poster Competition (winners get dilly bars)
- 3rd / 4th; 5th / 6th Grade: Class Video Competition (winners get dilly bars)
- Grades 7-12 Individual or Group Video Competition (1st place= 100$ gift card(s), 2nd Place= 80$ gift card(s), 3rd Place= 50$ gift card(s), 4th Place= 30$ gift card(s)
